Follow the steps below for either the Dashboard or the API.
For Soundcharts dashboard users
Log in to your account on the Soundcharts app.
Click on your name located at the bottom left of the screen. If you are part of multiple teams, select the team you want to manage. If you are part of a single team, click directly on Plans & billing.
Click on Subscription management. A modal pop-up will appear.
Go to the Billing & shipping addresses section.
Enter the email address you wish to CC and save your changes.
For Soundcharts API users
Log in to the developer portal and go to your dashboard:
Click on the Manage subscription link. A modal pop-up will appear.
Go to the Billing & shipping addresses section.
Enter the email address you wish to CC and save your changes.
