In Soundcharts, there are 3 roles - owner, member, and deactivated.
How to check my role?
> Click on your name (at the bottom left corner)
> Look under Teams, and click on the name of your team
> See the column Role
About permissions
Owners can:
Unlock artists (only in the artist plan)
Export CSVs
Manage alerts
Access Team > Plan & billing
Invite users
Subscribe/upgrade
Manage users
Members can:
Unlock artists
Export CSVs
Manage alerts
Access Team > Plan & billing
Invite users
Deactivated accounts can:
You see the role Deactivated when the members no longer have complete access. The role Deactivated can only log in to see the limited data as in the free plan.
