You have just signed up

Once you land on the Soundcharts app, you will see a search bar. Simply type the name of the artist/song/playlist/radio you are interested in, like this ๐Ÿ‘‡

You can also search entities by their ISRC codes, URLs, identifiers, or ISNI codes (only for artists) ๐Ÿ‘‡

You have an Artist plan and want to see which artist is already unlocked

To see your team's artists, go to the artist tab on your team page. Here is how you can do it ๐Ÿ‘‡

  • Click on your profile name in the bottom-left corner of the page.

  • Click on the team name

  • You will directly land on the 'Artists' tab

I can't find the artist/song/playlist I'm looking forย

Sometimes, it can happen that the artist, song, or playlist doesn't appear in the search results. Try to search by URLs,ย or use the Chrome extension!

It might also be possible that they're not in our database yet. If so, add the Spotify link directly through the results page.ย

Within a few hours, you will receive an email notification confirming that the artist, song, or playlist has been added, with a link to its profile.

Note that our system starts tracking an artist's data automatically as soon as he has any playlist entries, ranks in charts, or radio plays.

You can reach us through in-app support chat or via e-mail at help@soundcharts.com.ย
