How to change my subscription?

Your subscription doesn't fit your needs anymore

This page is here to help if your subscription no longer fits your needs.

How do I change my subscription?

You can do it directly on the dashboard!

If something doesn't work, please contact us at help@soundcharts.com or through the in-app support chat. We will get you set up with your new subscription, and you will receive a link directing you to our plans page.

We are always available if you need help picking your new plan.Β 

How do I cancel my subscription?

If this is the case, we are sorry that Soundcharts failed to meet your expectations.

Before you go, we would love to have your feedback on the platform. Soundcharts is built based on the needs of its users, so we try to do our best to gather all feedback, ideas, and requests... and make it happen!

If there is something we can do to change your mind, please contact us at help@soundcharts.com.

To churn, follow the next steps:

  • Click on your name (at the bottom left corner)

  • Click on Plan & billing

  • Click on Manage billing & subscription

  • Click on your plan

  • Click on Cancel Subscription

  • Please answer the little questionnaire - your feedback is important πŸ™

  • Click on Cancel subscription again: your subscription is now canceled.

Note that if you are in multiple teams, after clicking on your name, you must choose the correct team.
