How to use a promo code for your first subscription
If you're a Dashboard user, please follow the next steps:
1 - Go to the pricing page
2 - Select the plan you want to choose
3 - Complete your billing info and click on Continue to payment
4 - Add your credit card number and click on Apply Coupon
5 - Enter the code and click on the red button ➡️
6 - Confirm your plan by clicking on Subscribe
If you are an API plan user, please follow the next steps:
1 - Go to Developer Portal
2 - Make sure you're signed in
3 - Click on Pricing
4 - Select the plan you want to choose
5 - Click on Apply Coupon and enter your code
6 - Click on Proceed to Checkout
7 - Complete your billing info
8 - Add your payment details
9 - Confirm your plan by clicking on Subscribe
How to use a promo code if you upgrade or reactivate your subscription
If you're a Dashboard user, please follow the next steps:
1 - Go to your pricing page
2 - Select the plan you want to switch to
3 - Apply the coupon code at checkout
If you are an API plan user, please follow the next steps:
1 - Go to Developer Portal
2 - Make sure you're signed in
3 - Click on Pricing
4 - Select the plan you want to switch to
5 - Apply the coupon code at checkout
PS: It's not possible to use a promo code for downgrades.
