How it works
Every credit allows you to access a complete data profile for 1 artist - we say you "unlock" an artist profile. To review your 'unlocked' artists, click on your name, go to your Team settings, then Artists.
How to get artists' credits
Your artist credit quota depends on your subscription - 1 credit with the Artist plan and 10 credits with the 10 Artists plan. These credits renew every 28 days.
How to use artists' credits
You use an artist credit when you unlock an artist and get access to their complete data profile. Once you have used this credit, you can fully navigate the artist’s profile and benefit from available data.
How to use an artist's credit to unlock a new artist
If it has been more than 28 days since you unlocked a complete data profile, you have the option to reallocate your credit to another artist ⬇️
Click on your name at the bottom left corner
Click on Artists (the column on the right indicates credit availability)
Click on the 🗑️ next to the artist you want to remove
Do I need credits as a free user?
If you don't have a paid subscription, you can access unlimited artist profiles but can only view limited information in each section. Upgrading is required for full access to a profile.
Do I need credits as a PRO user?
No, you don't! Credits are only for the Artist plan and the 10 Artists plan.
